After a walk around the Kuhsee on September 27th. we wanted to have a drink on the empty terrace of the lake lounge. When the staff was picked up, they were told that a seat would only be possible in connection with a meal / menu. Just drinking something is not possible. We congratulate you on so much arrogance and can only recommend everyone to go past this restaurant. No hospitality could be seen. A rethink should be recommended to the landlord.

There were four of us today for lunch in the seelounge and made a reservation by phone the day before, but unfortunately it was somehow lost. The boss tried very hard that we got a good seat anyway. The order was very quick and the food was delicious. We liked it very much and I can't understand some of the reviews. There is an online menu that lists prices so there is no need to complain about it. The food was very fresh and well prepared and everyone tried very hard to make sure we didn't miss anything. So thumbs up and we'll be back.

Today I went rowing with my boyfriend. The website says that one hour costs 9 euros. However, I was asked 12 euros for the hour! I was kind of ripped off. I would be really ashamed. The gentleman I paid for was also very unfriendly. Was an older man with dark hair. I suppose that was the boss. Just complaining and just don't know how to deal with customers. Then also expected us to moor the boat there. It's not my job, I brought the boat after I used it. I wouldn't really set foot in that. It's a shame that I hadn't read the reviews beforehand, then I would have saved myself.

Totally unfriendly staff. There was just a spider web in our salt shaker. This was then exchanged for us without apology. To make matters worse, there was also a hair in our food. There was no apology for this either and they only reacted with annoyance. In the end we should pay for the food (which, mind you, we no longer wanted to eat). Only after the hint that at least an apology should come here was an apology made. The prices are incredibly expensive for such a poor performance.

The staff is ultra unfriendly and arrogant. The food was lukewarm and there was a hair in the pasta. When we asked if we got salt and pepper, this was brought to our table. Terrifying that a spider web could be seen in the salt mill. The waitress just reacted annoyed and left the table without an apology. Absolute cheek was that the whole thing was still on the bill !! At such prices you expect good service and that the food tastes good. Never experienced anything so terrible and therefore not recommended!

The food tastes very good and is of a very good quality, which is also reflected in the price. But is gladly accepted by the friendly service and attentive waiters with a beautiful view of the Kuhsee.

In the times of Corona, bringing a dirty menu to the table is not an option. The word apology does not exist in the vocabulary of the waitress. In my opinion, the sausage salad was not freshly prepared. The opening times do not correspond to the times posted on the front door. Unfortunately not recommended.

Very nice, exceptional restaurant (cafe) right on the water. Great view of the lake. Great atmosphere 👍. Staff very friendly, professional, patient and helpful. Service very fast, everything was delicious, coffee tasted very good. Forest parking nearby. You can relax and relax well. I recommend and from me immediately five strong stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Location wonderful right on the shore of the lake with boat rentals ... sitting nice..but unfortunately the service and staff could be better

Nice view but very weird rules about ice cream... apparently you can order ice cream To take away, HOWEVER you are not allowed to eat this ice cream on their tables.. you can instead order a coffee with an ice cream Inside, cake, etc. logic fail and really messed up thinking. NO customer service.

Peaceful, relaxing place to enjoy tasty food and drinks right at Kuhsee (awesome hidden lake). You get nice view of "blue beauty" lake because its built partly over the lake itself. In winter, the lake is best place for public ice skating.

Excellent service. Young staff, but very well trained. One of the best locations in Augsburg. Can get busy at times. Best to go there when there's nobody swimming in the popular lake, then you have the perfect ambient.
